An individual development plan (IDP) or personal enterprise plan (PEP) is a tool to assist employees in career and personal development. Its primary purpose is to help employees reach short and long-term career goals, as well as improve current job performance.
An IDP typically includes a statement of your aspirations, a list of your strengths / competencies and a set of steps that must be taken in order for the plan to be realised. Personal development plans may include careers goals, lifestyle priorities and training required to achieve said goal but should also include a detailed analysis of opportunities and risks that may require the plan to be altered. By monitoring and reviewing your progress within the confines of your IDP an element of control is assured at all times.
A personal development plan can be short or long term. Typically in the work place IDPs are one to three years in length. However an individual may often develop a five year plan to help organise goals in line with an organisations or departmental strategy if more time is required to achieve set targets.

Assessment
After you have completed your assessment (including multiple choice questionnaire), your digital certificate is sent to the email address used to login as soon as the course is completed.
If you have not received your certificate, please first check your spam box. If it isn't there, please call and we will get this resent.
Do courses expire?
There is no expiry date on course credits. Once a credit has been bought it can be allocated at any time. However, should the credit have been allocated to the delegate, each learner then has 12 months to complete the course.
In other words, unallocated course credits have no expiry date. If for example you ordered 1000 licences, and allocated 600 courses in year 1, you would have 400 licences left to allocate in year 2.
